Sales Executive

Responsible for leading and coordinating the center’s sales and events department. Reporting to the general management, it will ensure the market orientation of the organization. It is responsible for the representation and sale of the center’s services and products. Its task is to market the offer and services of the establishment among the different wholesalers, travel agencies, DMC and in the different catering establishments (hotels, restaurants, etc.). Its main mission is to increase the occupancy rate and sales of the establishment.
In order to achieve the objectives set annually to improve the corporate image through optimal customer management and brand positioning, its responsibility is also based on making the most of the resources allocated to advertising, promotions, cross-selling, co-branding, joint ventures, merchandising and other commercial actions in development.

Restaurant Assistant Manager

Assistant Restaurant Manager is the essential figure in the restaurant area. Under the guidelines of the Restaurant Manager, he/she ensures customer satisfaction, guaranteeing good service and attention. Organizes, directs and controls the assigned point of sale, and promotes the sale of the different offers and supervises the hygiene and food quality.

Waiter/tress

The waiter/tress is an important figure in the restaurant. Under the guidelines of the person in charge of the restaurant, he/she ensures customer satisfaction, guaranteeing good service and customer care. Organizes, directs and controls the point of sale or food and beverage in area that is assigned,  promotes the sale of the different offers, supervises the hygiene and presentation standards of the dishes

Pool Waiter/tress

The Pool Waiter/tress is an important figure in the pool area. Under the guidelines of the Pool Master, it ensures customer satisfaction, guaranteeing good service and customer care. Organizes, directs and controls the point of sale of food and beverages that is assigned, and promotes the sale of the different offers, supervises the hygiene and presentation standards of the dishes

Assistant Waiter/tress

Responsible for assisting the waiter in the preparation and service of food and beverages in the establishment. It is a key position, which guarantees the speed of deliveries in the departments.

Sous Chef

Under the direction and general supervision of the Head Chef and within the framework of the established rules, policies and procedures, he is in charge of assisting the Chef, as well as supervising the activities of the personnel assigned to the preparation of meals in the restaurant kitchen and to participate in the activities of the cooks.

Chef

Handles, prepares, preserves and presents all kinds of food depending on the gastronomic offer of the establishment. In your work, you must take into account the established benchmarks of quality and economic profitability, and apply the safety and hygiene standards required in all food establishments.

Commis Chef

Responsible for support, cleaning the kitchen, handling and preserving food. Prepare non-perishable products before production. Cleaning of meat and fish for its subsequent transformation and development process. Wash, disinfect, cut and chop the vegetables. Basic cold food preparations. Support / help in punctual orders. Help and develop the mise en place of the agenda.  Being a kitchen assistant, you perform basic tasks that do not require any type of specialization that you are assigned.

Barman

The barman prepares, prepares and serves drinks to customers, following the standards and instructions of the Head of bars. It basically deals with the bar service, from its assembly to the closing of the service.
Keeps the warehouse and any place where bar products are stored neat and clean..

Bar Assistant

El ayudante de bar es responsable de proveer al bar y mantener cargadas las cámaras, así como los almacenes y zonas de género. También es responsable de mantener el orden y la limpieza en las zonas de almacenamiento y de preparar el material necesario para la operativa diaria y eventos especiales. Prepara, elabora y sirve bebidas a los clientes, siguiendo los estándares e indicaciones del Jefe de bar y Barman. Apoya el servicio de barra, desde su montaje hasta el cierre del servicio.

Reception Manager

Excellent knowledge of all departments and their offerings along with an understanding of the brand are a must to fulfill this position. Administration tasks are based on daily email maintenance and customer follow-up routines. Ambassador of the brand’s values, the brand’s philosophy must be perfectly understood and put into practice.

Responsible for carrying out the reception, assistance and information to the guest in the establishment. His work includes administrative and commercial functions. It is the first and last impression that the guest receives when he arrives at the establishment and, therefore, it must project an image that transmits efficiency and professionalism.

Cashier

The cashier is the person responsible for collecting payment for all the products that the clientele has bought or consumed in the establishment. The payment can be made in different ways, with cash (it may involve the return of the change), with a credit/debit card, with discount vouchers, with gift vouchers, as the main means. You must know how to process each of the collections according to total quality standards, trying to ensure full customer satisfaction, both in speed and effectiveness.
