JOB OFFERS

BOOKING AGENT
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive booking agent, run the switchboard in our beach house.
They will be responsible for managing all the beach house's reservations, organising allocation of sunbeds, as well as other activities including:

- Reservation management via email and telephone.
- Receive incoming calls, referring the client to the corresponding department or managing the client's order.
- Control client loyalty programmes.
- Regulate the flow of reservations.
- Reroute group requests that to the Sales and Events department.
- Maintain and update the beach house database with information received on the premises with respect to promotions and services.

Requirements:

POOL MASTER
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pool Master to oversee the pool department at our beach house and motivate your team to offer extraordinary experiences for our clients.
They will be responsible for supervising the department's operations including: food and drinks served at sunbeds, customer service, organisation of your team and sunbed optimisation among other duties:

- Organise of staff under your charge. Distribution and delegation of your team's tasks to cover the needs of each day.
- Control of work area and supervision of all the department's details.
- Receive sunbed requests and assign sunbeds to customers taking into account the needs and preferences of each person.
- Check that the pool regulations are obeyed in order to safeguard the safety of customers and their equipment.
- Ensure compliance with the center's service standards.
- Keep control of the sunbed accounts, and resolving any possible incidents during the day.

Requirements:
Certificate of Hotel and Tourism Professionalism: Restaurant services.

Experience of at least 3 years as Sector Chief.

WAITER ASSISTANT
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Waiter Assistant to join the restaurant department in our beach house.
They will be responsible for assisting the waiter in the preparation and service of food and drinks in the establishment. It is a key position, which guarantees the speed of delivery to other departments, as well as:
• Responsibility for replacing glassware, crockery, cutlery, and linen so that the sideboards are always arranged with the necessary utensils.
• Responsibility for the preparation and organisation of tables, the correct arrangement of chairs and the preparation of table service.
• Collaboration with the waiter in some of the customer service and attention processes; table setting, wine service, etc.
• Cleaning tables and responsibility for tidying the dining room and taking dirty materials to the cleaning section.
• It is necessary to know how to handle a traywith ease.

CASHIER
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Cashier to be incorporated into the restaurant department of our beach house.
They will be responsible for the payments of all the products that customers have purchased or consumed in the establishment, among other duties including:
• Establish opening cash balance.
• Charge services and / or products, using the company's terminals (POS).
• Collecting payments with the correspondent administrative management in each case, depending on whether it is cash, credit card, etc.
• Daily closing and cashier balancing of the establishment.

CHEF
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Chef to join the kitchen department of our beach house.
They will be responsible for handling, preparing, preserving and presenting all types of food according to beach house's gastronomic offer, applying the required safety and hygiene standards at all times, among others duties including:
• Dealing with the supply of produce for the gastronomic offer.
• Determining the quality of the produce.
• Receiving and storing the produce while checking their quality and quantity.
• Controlling the consumption of the food and beverages used, in order to determine  costs.
• Preparation and presentation of  dishes.

DISHWASHER
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive dishwasher, to be incorporated into the kitchen department of our beach house.
They will be responsible for the kitchen's cleaning tasks, among other duties including:
• Responsibility for scrubbing dishes, pots and other kitchen utensils.
• Helping to keep all the kitchen's spaces in perfect condition.
• Responsibility for recycling waste produced in the kitchen.

HEAD OF DEPARTURE
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Chef de Partie, that supports the kitchen department of our beach house, while motivating their team to offer extraordinary experiences for our clients.
They will be responsible for the planning, organisation, supervision and running of the kitchen section under their charge, as well as:

• Prepare and season dishes of your section and supervise the finishing touches (degree of cooking, seasoning, temperature ...) and presentation.
• Supervise the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area for your section and ensure the perfect state of utensils and facilities.
• Coordinate the work of the section's staff (cooks, kitchen assistants, etc.), distributing tasks according to volume.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sector Manager, to join the restaurant department of our beach house.
They will be responsible for organising, directing and controlling the point of sale or the food and beverage area assigned to them, promoting the sale of the different offers and supervising the hygiene and presentation, quantitative and qualitative, of the products, as well as:
• Coordination of the department's team
• Start-up of the restaurant's daily operations
• Responsibility for providing food and beverage service to customers, with the support of the assistant.
• Internal management of the department and supervision of compliance with internal regulations
• Customer service tasks

It is recommended to have worked in a professional capacity as a service manager or sector manager for two years or as a waiter for three years.
